Synopsis
The special is bookended with a teacher telling her favorite version of The Nutcracker. The Care Bears intervene in a sad girl’s life when a Nutcracker mysteriously appears in her bedroom. They travel to Toyland and defeat the evil Vizier and Rat King in order to restore peace. Jafar-like, hypno-Vizier? Check. Rat King with Dinosaucers’s Tyrannos voice? Uh huh. Negligent teacher?
