Baked Cranberry Sauce
Put down the canned stuff.
Fresh cranberries baked with orange marmalade, pecans, coconut, and sugar into a rich, jammy sauce. Serve warm or chilled over fruit, ice cream, or alongside any holiday roast.

Ingredients
- 1 pound cranberries (5 cups)
- 1 (12-oz) jar (1 cup) orange marmalade
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup coconut
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ cup water
Instructions

Combine all ingredients. Spread in a 13×9×2-inch baking dish.

Bake, uncovered, in a 350°F oven about 30 minutes.

Transfer to small attractive jars. Store in refrigerator. Serve warm or chilled over fruit, ice cream, or as a meat accompaniment.
