Chocolate Macadamia Bars
Dark chocolate, white chocolate, macadamia nuts.
A dense, fudgy chocolate bar loaded with macadamia nuts and white baking bar chunks, dusted with powdered sugar. The most indulgent thing in the cookie tin.

Ingredients
- 1 (6-oz) package semisweet chocolate pieces
- 2 oz unsweetened chocolate
- 2 tablespoons margarine or butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- Dash salt
- 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts or pecans
- 2 oz white baking bar with cocoa butter, chopped
- Powdered sugar
Instructions

Melt chocolate pieces, unsweetened chocolate, and margarine over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; cool about 10 minutes.

Stir in sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold in nuts and white baking bar.

Spread batter in a greased 8×8×2-inch baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Cool completely.

Sift powdered sugar over top. Cut into bars.
