Creamy Cheesy Spinach Dip
Slow cooker magic for your holiday spread.
Frozen spinach, pepper Jack cheese, and a slow cooker — this dip basically makes itself. Serve in cherry tomato shells for maximum ‘80s presentation.

Ingredients
- 2 packages (10 oz each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 2 cups chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 12 oz pepper Jack or Cheddar-flavored processed cheese product, cubed
- Assorted crackers and chips for serving
- Cherry tomatoes, tops removed (optional)
Instructions

Drain spinach and squeeze dry, reserving ¼ cup liquid.

In slow cooker, combine spinach, reserved liquid, onions, salt, garlic powder and black pepper. Mix well.

Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 hour.

Stir in cheese; cook 30 minutes or until melted.

Serve with crackers or chips, or fill cherry tomato shells.
