Hot Buttered Cranberry Toddy
Warm up from the inside out.
Cranberry juice cocktail simmered with lemon peel and cloves, finished with a pat of butter. Serve hot at any holiday gathering and watch everyone hold their mugs like they're in a Hallmark movie.

Ingredients
- 5 cups cranberry juice cocktail
- 3 cups water
- 1-inch-long strips lemon peel
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 3 whole cloves
- 2 tablespoons butter or orange juice
Instructions

In a saucepan or Dutch oven combine cranberry juice cocktail, water, lemon peel, and cloves. Bring to boiling; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.

Remove spices. Add butter and stir until melted. Serve hot.
