Parmesan Puffs

Light, airy, and totally irresistible.

Golden choux pastry puffs showered in Parmesan cheese. Serve warm straight from the oven for maximum effect.

Ingredients

  • 1 recipe choux pastry dough
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

    Place dough in a pastry bag fitted with a ⅝-inch-wide plain tip.

    On a greased baking sheet, pipe dough into 32 mounds, each about 1¾ inches in diameter. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

    Bake in a 400°F oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until puffy and golden. Serve warm.
