Phyllo Roll with Cranberry Sauce

Buttery phyllo filled with ham, veggies, and cheese.

Layers of buttered phyllo dough wrapped around a savory filling of ham, vegetables, and melted cheese. Serve with cranberry sauce for the ultimate holiday presentation.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • ½ cup chopped green pepper
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • ½ cup mushrooms
  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon bread crumbs
  • 8 sheets phyllo dough
  • 1 beaten egg
  • Cranberry sauce for serving

Instructions

    Cook vegetables and ham until tender. Stir in cheese, flour, and seasoning.

    Layer phyllo sheets, brushing each with melted butter.

    Add filling and roll up tightly.

    Bake at 375°F until golden brown.
