Ingredients
- ½ cup chopped celery
- ½ cup chopped green pepper
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 cup diced ham
- ½ cup mushrooms
- ½ cup shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons flour
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon bread crumbs
- 8 sheets phyllo dough
- 1 beaten egg
- Cranberry sauce for serving
Instructions

Cook vegetables and ham until tender. Stir in cheese, flour, and seasoning.
