Ingredients
- 2 small fennel bulbs, cut into wedges
- 1 (16-oz) package frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, baby carrots, water chestnuts)
- 2 cups sliced celery
- 1 tablespoon sesame seed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
Instructions

Cook fennel in a small amount of boiling water until tender; drain.

Cook frozen vegetables as directed on package; drain.

In skillet, cook sesame seeds in oil until lightly browned.

Add vegetables, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss gently and heat through.
