Spiced Eggnog Cocoa
Hot cocoa and eggnog had a delicious baby.
Instant cocoa mix spiced with mace, allspice, and nutmeg, stirred into eggnog and water. Top with pressurized whipped cream and a drizzle of crème de menthe for the full holiday effect.

Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) can instant cocoa mix
- ½ teaspoon ground mace
- ¼ teaspoon ground allspice
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 8 cups water
- 1 quart dairy eggnog
- Pressurized whipped dessert topping
- Green crème de menthe or grenadine syrup

In a 1-quart airtight container, combine cocoa mix, mace, allspice, and nutmeg. Cover; store at room temperature.

To serve: In a 4½-quart Dutch oven, bring water to boiling. Stir in cocoa mixture and eggnog. Heat through.

Top each serving with whipped topping and drizzle with crème de menthe or grenadine.
