Veggie Appetizer Pizza
Party food that belongs next to a Sony Walkman.
A totally rad party staple from the crescent roll era — cream cheese, ranch dressing, and whatever veggies you have on hand. Perfect for any holiday bash.

Ingredients
- 2 packages (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 12 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix (about half of 1-oz package)
- ¾ cup cucumber slices, cut in half
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- ½ cup carrot slices
- ¾ cup grape tomatoes, cut in half

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Unroll dough and press evenly onto bottom and up sides of an ungreased 15×10-inch baking sheet.

Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack at least 30 minutes.

In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer at medium speed until fluffy. Add sour cream and ranch dressing mix; beat until blended.

Spread evenly over cooled crust. Arrange rows of cucumber, broccoli, carrots and tomatoes on top.

Cut pizza into rectangles. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
